Mark Arnold, CCUE, is a speaker,
consultant and author in the credit union movement.
He helps credit unions achieve their goals with
strategic marketing insights and energized training.
He is also senior vice president for Neighborhood
Credit Union in Dallas, TX, where he directs
plans for numerous departments. He is a popular
speaker at state and national conferences, having
spoken to several thousands during his 15+ year
career. He is the author of Marketing
Across the Generations, Gen. X and
the 2006
CUNA national Marketing Professional of the Year.
Mark conducts strategic planning sessions,
offers staff, management and sales training and provides
marketing and branding plans for credit unions. His
areas of expertise include marketing, branding, human
resources, training, business development, leadership,
change and generational issues. He has spoken in
40 states from coast-to-coast and for audiences including
staff, management, senior executives and board of
directors. He has a Bachelor’s of Journalism
degree from the University of Texas at Austin and
is an instructor at the Southwest CUNA Management
School.
